Listen to this article Andrew Tate’s House Arrest Extended For An Additional 30 Days
Introduction
Controversial influencer, Andrew Tate, has had his house arrest extended for an additional 30 days by a Romanian court. This development is a continuation of his legal troubles, which began in December 2022 when he was first arrested at his Bucharest home alongside his brother, Tristan.

Background
On March 31st, Andrew was moved from custody to house arrest after a Romanian judge’s ruling. However, no charges have been brought against the brothers or their two Romanian associates, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, who were arrested alongside them. Despite this, prosecutors are investigating the brothers for crimes related to human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women. Both Andrew and his brother have denied these allegations.
House Arrest Conditions
The four individuals have been ordered to remain in their respective homes, except with judicial permission to leave. The latest extension of Andrew’s house arrest means that he cannot leave his home until May 29th. It is unclear whether the other associates had their house arrest extended.
